Established in 1995, Kasvis Galleria Oy is a vegetable foods supplier that makes use of vegetables, fruits and berries to create unique vegetable dishes, ranging from hors d’oeuvre to desserts. Our selection currently comprises over 300 unique vegetable products. Our customers include professional kitchens, hotels, restaurants and catering companies that value high quality and delicious taste. Our vegetable cold cuts, vegetable cakes and various microwave meals are currently also available in retail stores. Kasvis Galleria has production facilities of 2,500 sq.m., and employs about 20 catering and food professionals.
The production and packaging methods developed for vegetable products by Kasvis Galleria preserve the flavour and structure of the food all the way to the dining table. This is why there is no need to use any flavour enhancers in the products. Special attention has also been paid to health and nutritional value – without compromising an inch of quality or flavour.
